Mission Statement:

The Blue Ridge Crime Clinic Association mission is to provide a vehicle for inter-agency information sharing to help solve crimes and provide investigative assistance to its member agencies. The organization is made up of various criminal justice agencies from Virginia and North Carolina. The Crime Clinic meets monthly (typically the second Thursday of every month) and alternates between locations in Virginia and North Carolina. Membership is open to any criminal justice agency that desires to solve cases through communication.

History:

The Blue Ridge Crime Clinic began as an information source between a few local and state agencies in Virginia and North Carolina nearly 30 years ago. The result over the years has been tremendous to say the least with the member agencies actively assisting each other with difficult cases. The vital information shared has resulted in solving cases that might have otherwise gone unsolved or restitution for the victims of crimes realized.
